Silicone Tableware Collection Policy
Unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Make sure to be 100% sure with selected colour and product before placing your order. Should your order still be in it's packaging and unused, email us at email@example.com and we can assess as solution for you.
Prints Exchange Policy.
Once your prints have left us they might experience a bumpy ride or get managed a bit roughly. If you take delivery and open your box of prints to find them damaged, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. An exchange can only take place within 2 days of taking delivery
- You can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, where goods are defective within 10 business days if the products are wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or do not perform.
- If the product is assembled, installed, affixed or amended we will not accept a return of the product, unless defective.
- We may charge a handling fee of up to 20% if the return is accepted by management.
- Goods may not be sent back without authorisation by True Town c.c.
Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Leaving a child unattended with or near a piece of furniture can be dangerous. Please take the necessary care when using this product.
Our products are shipped in a flat packed box and need to be assembled at home after delivery.
An instruction manual for assembly of the furniture item can be found within the box with clearly labelled drawings and instructions for assembly.
